We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Specialist to support compliance initiatives and promote a strong safety culture. In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiting and Terminal Safety Teams to help ensure drivers comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, support safety programs, and contribute to reducing operational risks and safety incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Recruiting and Terminal Safety Teams in implementing and maintaining safety and compliance initiatives.
- Review driver records and documentation to help ensure compliance with applicable DOT regulations and internal requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential compliance risks through document reviews and data verification.
- Assist in monitoring driver safety and compliance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to safety and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and support corrective actions.
- Help promote a culture of safety,



accountability, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide administrative support for safety programs and related processes.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience in Compliance, Safety, Auditing, Data Review, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in roles requiring accuracy and careful document or data review.
- B2 English proficiency (intermediate level) or higher.
- Stable work history and demonstrated commitment to previous roles.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow established procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or freight operations.
