The Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Pipeline Sourcer / Recruiter to support high-volume, face-to-face hiring efforts for one of our key clients in the Construction industry. This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates for canvassing teams and retail associates placed in major big box retailers across the continental United States.

The adecuado candidate thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment, demonstrates an Ownership Mentality, and brings Curiosity First when identifying creative sourcing strategies across multiple U.S. geographies. You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting field hiring initiatives, and delivering top-tier candidates who align with our client’s standards of Excellence Everyday.

This is a fully remote opportunity, with a strong preference for candidates based in Colombia who are experienced in supporting U.S.-based hiring teams.

Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Colombian and International Teams.

Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in high-volume environments. Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring efforts across multiple states. Proven experience recruiting for field-based, retail, canvassing, or construction-related roles. Preferred experience recruiting for big box retail environments (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco environments), supporting face-to-face or field hiring initiatives, construction, retail staffing, or workforce ramp projects, and working in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work U.S. business hours across various time zones. ATS management and candidate tracking, Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques, interview screening and structured evaluation, recruiting analytics and reporting. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Adaptability in a fast-moving, high-volume hiring environment. Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively source candidates for canvasing roles and retail associates across various U.S. states.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify strong candidate pools.
- Screen candidates through phone and video interviews to assess experience, availability, and culture fit.
- Evaluate candidate alignment for field-based, customer-facing, and retail-focused roles.
