Role Description

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Marketing Assistant to support U.S.-based professionals with administrative operations, CRM management, client communications, and digital marketing.





This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working behind the scenes to keep marketing, systems, and day-to-day operations organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

- GoHighLevel, CRM management, workflows, and automations
- Email marketing and campaign setup
- Landing pages and forms
- Notion organization, follow-ups, and weekly priorities
- SOPs and recurring process management

Requisitos

- Experience using GoHighLevel
- Professional written and spoken English
- Experience with email marketing and digital marketing
- Is highly organized and pays attention to details
- Communicates clearly and provides consistent updates
