We're seeking a highly organized, relationship-focused Referral Coordinator to manage referral partnerships, attorney fee-sharing agreements, and ongoing communication with our network of law firm partners. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives on building professional relationships, tracking financial details with precision, and serving as a key liaison between organizations. Role Overview As the Referral & Partnership Coordinator, you will oversee the administrative and operational functions of Omega Law's referral program. You will manage attorney fee-sharing agreements, monitor case progress, track disbursements, and serve as the primary point of contact for our referral partners. Your work will help ensure compliance, strengthen partner relationships, and support the continued growth of our referral network.

Key Responsibilities
Referral & Fee Management
• Collect, organize, and maintain executed attorney fee-sharing agreements.
• Track referral matters and ensure accurate documentation of all agreements.
• Follow up with partner firms regarding outstanding attorney fees.
• Verify compliance with agreed-upon fee-sharing terms. Disbursement Tracking
• Request and maintain disbursement statements from partner firms for resolved referral cases.
• Review and verify attorney fees and disbursements for accuracy.




• Ensure all payments align with the terms established with Omega Law. Case Status Monitoring
• Proactively communicate with partner firms to obtain updates on active referral cases.
• Maintain accurate records of case statuses and milestones.
• Provide internal stakeholders with timely and reliable case information. Partner Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for referral partners.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring law firms.
• Support the effectiveness and growth of Omega Law's referral program.
• Identify, develop, and initiate relationships with prospective referral partners.
• Assist in discussions regarding referral agreements and fee-sharing structures.
• Foster long-term partnerships through consistent communication and exceptional service. What We're Looking For
