Remote Sales & Operations Coordinator, Espresso Equipment Service (US company)

Location: Remote, Colombia

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, US EST business hours

About us

Vera Coffee Solutions sells and services commercial espresso machines (La Marzocco, Eversys and more) for coffee shops, restaurants and offices in the Greater New York City Region. In 2027 we’re launching a fully stocked service van, and we need one person to keep it busy and keep the business running behind it.

What you’ll do

- Call and email coffee shops in New York and Connecticut to sell service visits, maintenance plans and coffee
- Answer inbound calls and messages, and diagnose machine problems by phone so the technician arrives with the right parts
- Book and route the technician’s daily schedule
- Send estimates and invoices, and follow up on payments
- Order parts and keep the van stocked
- Manage online store orders and keep HubSpot up to date
- Keep customers informed before,



during and after every job

What you need

- Fluent spoken English (C1 or higher). You’ll be on the phone with New York coffee shop owners every day.
- 2+ years in sales, ideally B2B: coffee, coffee machines, restaurant equipment or similar
- Real espresso machine knowledge, from working a bar or servicing machines
- Very organized, comfortable running several systems at once
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and your own computer

Nice to have

- Experience with HubSpot, QuickBooks or Shopify
- Experience with commercial espresso machines or grinders
- Experience selling to US customers

Pay

- $1,400-1,800 USD a month base, depending on experience
- Commissions based on sales generated, additionally anywhere from $200-$1000 USD a month
- All tools, software and phone lines provided
