We are looking for a Jira Administrator to join a project supporting US-based clients. This is a remote opportunity open to professionals across LATAM, and strong English communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Jira solutions according to client and business requirements.
- Configure projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, notifications, and automation rules.
- Customize and optimize Jira environments to support different business and technical processes.
- Manage users, roles, access, and security schemes.
- Support Jira integrations with other tools and applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing administration and user support.
- Work directly with US-based clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solution
