Work Model: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday on-site, Monday and Friday remote)

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. This opportunity is idóneo for recent graduates or entry-level professionals who are passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and helping others.

Requisitos

- Recent graduate or student in the final semesters of Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

- No previous professional experience required.

- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with networking and Active Directory is a plus.

- English B2 or higher (required).

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Willingness to learn and work in a team.

- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support to end users.

- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software,



and connectivity issues.

- Assist with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.

- Support password resets, user accounts, and access requests.

- Help configure computers, printers, and mobile devices.

- Document incidents and requests in the ticketing system.

- Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams.

- Deliver excellent customer service.
