At Luker Chocolate, were looking for a Scrum Master to help our agile teams work better, deliver more value and make agile practices part of how we operate every day.
Only bilingual candidates will be considered.
What youll do
Coach agile teams on strategic projects and functional areas in the daytoday application of Scrum.
Give feedback to team leaders and members to strengthen agile practices.
Report on team maturity and how agile practices contribute to project results.
Act as the goto expert on agile methodologies, and keep our frameworks, guides and templates up to date.
Over time, support teams in other methodologies related to our innovation process.
What were looking for
A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 2 years coaching Scrum teams, with the rol as Scrum Master.
Scrum certification.
Bilingual SpanishEnglish.



Only bilingual candidates will be considered.
Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Product Ownership or Project Management is a plus.
Strong facilitation and teambuilding skills, and comfort with difficult conversations
