Main mission:

- Provide technical support to sales team during pre sales / sales phase

- Interface with the customer for all technical activities related to LFIS duringthese phases

- Lead technically pilots / POC / benchmarks / shows during pre sales / sales phase

- Train technically partners on LFIS

Responsibilities :

- Providetechnical presentation of LFIS to customers

- Perform demos to customers

- Interact with the technical team of the customers for all technical questions related to LFIS

- Define, setup and manage demos for shows / exhibitions

- Attend shows / exhibitions and interact with prospects to promote LFIS offer

- Lead POC, benchmark, evaluations

- Clarify use cases, needs of customer, define scope of POC / pilots as needed

- Provide workload / planning estimate for POC / pilots as needed

- Do light custom developments for demo and POC purposes as needed

- Develop / adapt and deliver training to customers or partners as needed

- Interface with R&D; for all technical aspects / questions – act as the ‘1st contact point’ for sales/solution sales

- Support as needed solution sales or solution managers during RFP answers. Preparation of technical proposal for tenders/RFPs is not in the scope of the job


- Education : Engineering degree in Computer / Electronics or Telecommunication Sciences

- Experience: At least 5 years in technical support, deployment or development of software product and solutions. Ideally in the biometric domain.


- Experience in deployment of software solution

- Experience in development of simple customization of software solutions

- Good technical writing

- Avanced level ofEnglish

- Good written and oral communication

- Good autonomy

- Good interpersonal skills

- Customer oriented

- Able to work under pressure and to meet dead lines

- Team worker
