In this role, you will collaborate with an exceptional team to drive fluid crossborder workflows, manage precise shipping paperwork, and deliver exceptional support to our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bookings, schedules, and carrier allocations for incoming and outgoing FCL freight connected to Canadian trade routes.
Audit and generate essential shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Guarantee strict adherence to Canadian import export laws, CBSA guidelines, and international trade policies.
Maintain clear, constant communication with carriers, customs brokers, and clients regarding transit milestones, schedule cutoffs, and tracking updates.
Oversee freight readiness, drayage coordination, drayage tracking,



and terminal or door deliveries throughout Canada and global destinations.

Candidate Profile

2 to 3 years of handson background in freight forwarding, specifically highlighting Canadian import and export logistics.
Familiarity with CargoWise software is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, problemsolving, and organizational abilities.
Exceptional eye for detail and the capacity to thrive in a highdemand setting.
