Role Summary
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage the target audience and drive conversions. They analyze the performance of these campaigns, using insights to optimize content, timing, and segmentation for improved engagement and results. By continually refining their strategies, the Email Marketing Specialist ensures that each campaign maximizes its potential to build customer relationships and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative and compelling email marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
Build and maintain segmented email lists using audience behavior, interests, and demographics.
Plan, write, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and promotional offers.
Create engaging and personalized email content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
Conduct A B testing to optimize subject lines,



email content, and CTAs for better performance.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing email templates that reflect the brand identity.
Analyze key email marketing metrics open rate, CTR, conversion rate and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations e.g., GDPR, CANSPAM.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance email marketing performance.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Spanish written and spoken.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing and campaign management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms e.g., Zoho Campaigns.
Analytical skills to interpret email performance data and generate insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
Knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
Familiarity with A B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.
