Iterum is hiring We are looking for bilinguals Customer Service Representatives with strong written communication skills and experience assisting customers through chat and email. If you are fluent in English and enjoy providing excellent customer service without handling phone calls, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements

Advanced English proficiency C1 or equivalent.

At least 6 months of experience in customer service through chat and email.

Excellent written communication, grammar, and spelling in English.

Strong problemsolving skills and customer orientation.

Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.

Job Details
Salary COP 1,400,000 per month.

Working hours 21 hours per week.

Schedule Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, from 800 a.m. to 500 p.m.

Work arrangement Onsite.

Contract duration Through December 31, 2026,



with the possibility of extension depending on operational needs.

Start date November 9, 2026.
