Elementary School – Librarian SY 2027 - 2028

The Elementary School Librarian fosters students' literacy, critical thinking, and a love of lifelong learning by guiding them and the school community in accessing and evaluating information and technology. The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers to support learning and literacy programs, engage students with book selections, manage the library collection and resources, and enhance the library's online presence and physical environment, in alignment with CNG's Mission and Beliefs.

Requirements

- Degree in Education, Library Science, or a related field
- Master's Degree in Library Science or Education (preferred)
- Minimum of two years of teaching or library experience in an international or Colombian K-12 school
- Knowledge of collection development, literacy programs, and library management
- Ability to integrate information and technology resources into learning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
