MarCom Enablement & Measurement Specialist

Jira, Operations & Cross-Platform Reconciliation Global Capability Centre (GCC) | WSP

Are you passionate about turning operational data into business insight? We're looking for a MarCom Enablement & Measurement Specialist to help drive the evolution of our global marketing and communications operations by managing Jira, improving data quality, and connecting work, spend, and business value across multiple platforms.

As Global MarCom continues to scale, Jira is becoming our single operational work-management platform for approximately 300 users worldwide. In this role, you'll ensure Jira remains a reliable source of truth while developing methodologies that connect projects, financial investments, and business outcomes to support evidence-based decision making.

What You'll Do

Jira Administration & Governance (80%)

- Administer and optimize Jira for approximately 300 global users.
- Configure and maintain workflows, boards, permissions, custom fields, schemes, and automations.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.
- Build forms, request types, templates, and automated workflows.
- Monitor and improve data quality, governance, and platform standards.
- Maintain MarCom taxonomy, classifications, and reporting structures.
- Create dashboards and reports for operational teams and leadership.
- Analyze workflow performance, throughput, cycle times, and adoption metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Jira ecosystem.

Cross-Platform Reconciliation & Measurement (20%)

- Connect operational data, financial data, and business outcomes across multiple systems.
- Reconcile Jira initiatives with spend, purchase orders, and financial actuals.
- Link marketing activities to business opportunities, client initiatives, and growth programs.
- Design and document matching methodologies where common system identifiers do not exist.
- Develop allocation rules, confidence scoring, and reconciliation frameworks.




- Identify data-quality gaps and implement process improvements.
- Maintain Power BI reporting datasets and dashboards.
- Support KPI reporting and marketing performance measurement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in:Jira AdministrationPMO, Business Operations, or Operational AnalyticsShared Services or Global Capability Centre environments
- Hands-on Jira Cloud administration experience, including:WorkflowsPermissionsCustom fieldsJQLAutomation for Jira
- Experience reconciling data across multiple business systems.
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
- Strong Power BI experience, including data modelling and data lineage.
- Understanding of financial concepts such as:Purchase OrdersCommitted SpendActualsCost Centres
- Familiarity with pipeline and business development metrics.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2-C1)
- Excellent attention to detail and governance mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Atlassian certifications (Jira Administration).
- Experience with:TempoJira Service ManagementConfluence
- Exposure to ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
- SQL and/or Python skills.
- Marketing operations, agency operations, or attribution modelling experience.
- Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement certifications or experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in:

- Business Administration
- Information Systems
- Finance
- Analytics
- Or a related field

Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
