Purpose

Ensure the development of robust, scalable Android applications aligned with business objectives, contributing to technological innovation and the continuous improvement of the user experience.

Accountabilities

- Design and develop native Android applications using Kotlin.
- Define and maintain scalable architectures by applying patterns such as MVVM and SOLID principles.Implement secure development practices, including data protection, secure credential management, and vulnerability prevention.
- Participate in technical risk assessments and propose appropriate mitigation solutions.
- Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities identified through Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and penetration testing, ensuring compliance with applicable security standards.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and development best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.
- Integrate applications securely and efficiently with APIs and backend services.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including refinement sessions, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI, QA, and Product,



to ensure deliverables are aligned with requirements.
- Contribute to effort estimation and sprint planning, ensuring realistic commitments.
- Document technical processes and solutions to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Research and recommend new technologies and tools to keep the technology stack competitive and up to date.
- Take shared ownership of project success, collaborating with the team to meet objectives and deadlines.

Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role)

- Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience developing native Android applications.
- English level B2
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play.
- In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and MVVM architecture.
- Experience applying SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.
- Experience implementing secure development practices, including:
- Data protection
- Encryption
- OWASP Mobile security practices
- Experience analyzing and remediating vulnerabilities identified through:
- SAST – Static Application Security Testing
- DAST – Dynamic Application Security Testing
- Penetration testing
- Experience integrating REST APIs and implementing secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
