About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead strategic business and technology initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering complex projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic and international environments.

What You'll Do

Lead Project Delivery

- Manage projects from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive presentations.
- Align project objectives with business priorities and organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications.

Agile & Operational Excellence

- Facilitate project planning sessions and delivery ceremonies when applicable.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and effective teamwork.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes and governance.

Strategic Initiatives

- Lead cross-functional projects that support business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across different departments.
- Ensure successful adoption of project outcomes and organizational changes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing business and technology projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Spanish proficiency.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications.
- Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience managing regional or international projects.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and change management methodologies.
