We're Hiring: Technical Account Manager (Google Workspace)

Location: Medellín or Barranquilla, Colombia

Are you passionate about technology, customer success, and solving technical challenges? Join our team as a Technical Account Manager and help universities and colleges get the most out of Google Workspace for Education.

Mandatory requirement: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical partner to higher education institutions, helping them troubleshoot issues, improve their Google Workspace environment, and ensure a smooth experience for their users.

What You'll Do

- Provide technical support and manage issues and escalations related to Google Workspace for Education.
- Help customers optimize their Google Workspace environment through best practices in administration, security, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Communicate technical information clearly and professionally while managing customer expectations.
- Develop technical documentation and share knowledge to improve support processes.

What We're Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Support or Systems Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration or a similar enterprise collaboration platform.
- Understanding of Google Workspace Admin Console, user provisioning, security settings, and policy management.
- Knowledge of email routing and authentication protocols, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting universities, colleges, or other educational institutions.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and identity management solutions.
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script, GAM, or other command-line and scripting tools.
- A degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience and certifications.
