What you will do

Own Consumer Connect, our AI-native conversational commerce product on WhatsApp, and grow it together with our clients.

Build & Ship Product

- Own features end-to-end from idea to production across frontend and backend.
- Ship fast with quality, on top of high-standard foundations and guardrails.
- Build and evolve customer-facing AI agents that sell and serve on WhatsApp.

Drive Product Decisions

- Work directly with clients to understand their problems and turn them into product.
- Customize the product by industry (pharma, groceries, fashion) and turn those customizations into reusable product.

Create Leverage Through Systems

- Build reusable components, abstractions, and workflows that make the team faster over time, not just one-off solutions.

Build AI-first





- Use Claude and Cursor to accelerate development, debug faster, and explore better solutions.

Iterate & Improve

- Gather early feedback, and continuously improve what you build.

The skills and experience you will bring

- Strong Conversational Commerce product experience: you have built customer-facing AI agents or chatbots that scaled to thousands of users, ideally at a conversational AI or e-commerce company
- Strong WhatsApp Business API development experience
- Full-Stack Development
- Agentic AI systems
- Experience working directly with external clients
- Startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Modern Product Discovery Practices
- Stakeholder management with a non-technical audience
- Excellent communication skills
- Studies: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering)

Languages and tools

- Low-code flows: Botpress
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Python

- Backend Frameworks: NestJS, FastAPI
- AI: LangGraph, ADK, multi-agent frameworks

Is a plus

- Experience with Elixir (or similar like Scala, Rust) to occasionally modify our legacy system
- Experience with Mobile Development, including React Native and native iOS and Android, Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C
