We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on experience using McLeod software to support daily transportation and operational processes within a U.S.-based logistics environment.

In this role, you’ll assist with dispatching, shipment tracking, documentation, billing support, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
- Monitor shipments and provide real-time updates.
- Track operational and financial data in internal systems (TMS/ERP/CRM).
- Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with billing, AP/AR support, and documentation.




- Maintain compliance with procedures and client guidelines.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations support.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience using McLeod software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Good computer skills and system adaptability.
- Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience in freight brokerage or transportation.
- Familiarity with TMS platforms.
- BPO or shared services experience.
