We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Inbound & Outbound Logistics Support Operators with experience in ground transportation, shipment tracking, and carrier communication. The adecuado candidates will support daily logistics operations by monitoring shipments, following up on delivery status, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely updates and smooth transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely status updates.
- Communicate with carriers to request shipment updates and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Identify shipment delays, discrepancies, and potential operational issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to support transportation operations.




- Follow up on shipment milestones and ensure relevant information is communicated promptly.
- Support daily logistics activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

- Experience in logistics or ground transportation operations.
- Knowledge of Track & Trace and shipment monitoring processes.
- Experience communicating with carriers and following up on shipment status.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage, depending on operational requirements.
