What are we looking for in you?

- English level: B2+.
- Portuguese level: B2+.
- Experience: At least 1 year of certifiable customer service experience.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Customer-focused mindset: Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Multichannel adaptability: Ability to handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
- Availability: Full availability to work the assigned schedules.
- Commitment: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Training Schedule

Monday to Friday — 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Operations Schedule

- 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Total Hours: 42 hours per week

Days Off: 2 days off.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Expert,



you will support customers with inquiries related to online payment processing through multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Providing excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing customer concerns professionally.

-Assisting customers with online payment-related questions and service requests.

-Delivering clear, accurate, and timely information in English and Portuguese through phone, chat, and email.

-Handling confidential customer information with professionalism and discretion.

-Identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

-Following established procedures and quality standards to maintain excellent service performance.
