We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Collections Specialist with at least 1 year of collections experience or proven collection and negotiation skills. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, reducing aged receivables, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Contact customers via phone and email regarding past-due balances.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts effectively.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies that may delay payments.
- Accurately document all collection activities and customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Billing, Sales, and Customer Service, to resolve account issues.
- Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary and support legal collection processes.
- Meet or exceed collection targets and key performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates on account status and collection progress.
