We are looking for a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) Senior Financial Specialist to support international clients in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, cash flow reports, and runway analyses.
- Lead financial projects and coordinate deliverables with client stakeholders.
- Manage AP/AR processes, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support financial software and CRM implementations.




- Develop and improve SOPs and operational workflows.
- Communicate directly with international clients and teams in English.

Requirements

- Advanced/Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Planning, Finance Operations, Controlling, Strategy & Operations, or related roles.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
