Glow is hiring a Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for Glow’s general G&A; teams — including HR, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success. You’ll partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires quickly while helping us scale a structured, data-driven recruiting engine. The role is remote.
You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting, shape target profiles, and manage interviews. Source candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever), and recruiting analytics
