Colgate-Palmolive in Colombia is seeking a Process Engineer - Personal Care to oversee the Master Quality Plan, SPC/CpK analysis, EMOs, and CIP validations across Personal Care production lines.

You will collaborate with R&D;, Operations, EHS, and QA to ensure GMP compliance and ongoing process improvements, CAPAs, and supplier quality support. Travel up to 10% may be required, on-site in Cali.
