Are you experienced working with a U.S.-based Home Care agency? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to support client intake, caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, and day-to-day home care operations.

What You'll Do:

- Conduct client intake and follow-up calls
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage
- Manage call-outs and open shifts
- Support onboarding and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate CRM and scheduling records
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience with a U.S.-based Home Care agency
- Experience in scheduling, staffing, client intake, admissions, or care coordination
- Advanced English (C1+)
- Experience with CRM and scheduling platforms
- Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours
