StoneX Group is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to join our Bogotá team. The role focuses on supporting mission-critical payment applications, databases (MongoDB/SQL), and cloud infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.

You will handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement automation to improve resolution times while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams. This hybrid role requires 4 days in-office and 1 day remote weekly.
