We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline and book qualified appointments for a fast-growing women's fitness and nutrition coaching company with over 21,000 members transformed and a 4.8 Trustpilot rating across 1,500 or more verified reviews. You will handle inbound lead follow-up, conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls for the sales team.

This is a high-activity, results-driven role. You will be communicating with women who are interested in transforming their health and fitness through a proven coaching program, which means empathy, clear communication, and genuine enthusiasm for the mission matter as much as sales skill. If you are a confident communicator, organized, comfortable working a structured outbound and inbound motion, and motivated by clear metrics and measurable results, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Work On

Inbound Lead Follow-Up

- Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally across email, DM, and other channels
- Qualify inbound prospects against defined criteria and move strong fits toward a discovery call
- Ensure no inbound lead waits or falls through the cracks

Outbound Prospecting and Outreach

- Conduct outbound outreach via email, social media,



and other relevant channels to generate pipeline
- Write personalized, non-spammy outreach that resonates with the target audience of women interested in health, fitness, and sustainable body transformation
- Follow up consistently on open threads and keep prospects engaged without being pushy

Discovery Call Booking and Handoff

- Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team with full context and qualification notes
- Coordinate scheduling and confirmations to reduce no-shows and keep the pipeline moving
- Ensure clean, accurate handoffs so the sales team walks into every call fully prepared

CRM and Reporting

- Log all outreach activity, conversations, and lead status accurately in the CRM
- Track activity volume, response rates, and appointment-set metrics consistentlyMeet daily and weekly outreach targets and monthly appointment-booking goals

What You Bring

- Prior experience in sales development, outbound outreach, or lead generation with a track record of booking qualified appointments
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional tone
- Comfortable communicating with a predominantly female audience about health, fitness, and personal transformation topics in a way that feels genuine and supportive rather than salesy
- Organized and disciplined with clean CRM habits and consistent follow-through on every open lead
- Self-directed and motivated by clear metrics with the ability to hit daily activity targets independently
- Resilient and persistent without being aggressive

Nice to Have

- Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or coaching sales
- Background working in a high-growth DTC or coaching business
- Familiarity with women's health, nutrition, or strength training as a topic area
- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
