SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our integral team. You will lead onboarding, troubleshoot connectivity, and guide client IT admins across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. You will also analyze logs, resolve complex issues, and coordinate with engineering for rapid resolutions. We expect 2+ years in technical support, strong English (C1), and hands-on experience with LDAP/AD, PowerShell, and cloud platforms. This is a remote role with a fixed schedule in EDT.
