OSARO, a San Francisco-based robotics company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to ensure our AI-driven autonomous robotic solutions run smoothly. You will work with Machine Learning, Hardware, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot, monitor, and improve systems, while creating customer-facing docs and dashboards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in technical support or software development, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
