The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking an experienced Franchise Strategy Integration Director for the Andean region (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela) to shape strategic agenda and deploy commercial insights at the market level. You will partner with regional leadership to set direction and drive implementation across geographies and bottlers. You will lead the Strategy team, translate strategy into volume and value targets, and orchestrate 5-year planning, aligning with finance and other functions
