Job Responsibilities
· Develop and implement retail auto finance and floor plan (when applicable) strategies to support OEM sales targets in Colombia and Ecuador.
· Design and manage subvention programs (subvención de tasas) to support sales campaigns for vehicles.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local financial institutions, banks, and other lending partners
· Conduct regular training sessions for dealer sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and ethical standards.
· Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor financing solutions.
· Coordinate with OEM sales teams and dealerships to facilitate financing options for customers.
· Coordinate with the banks to study the end-to-end auto finance process, including credit approval,



documentation, and funding.
· Coordinate with the banks to monitor portfolio performance, including approval rates delinquency rates, defaults, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Stay updated on all relevant legal and regulatory changes affecting automotive finance.
· Mitigate risk related to wholesale financing (floorplan) for the dealer network.
· Prepare reports and forecasts on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financing services and customer experience.
