? Senior Associate, Commerce We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Commerce to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, activation, execution, and optimization of commerce media campaigns across a variety of retail media platforms and omni-retailer environments. The ideal candidate has a strong Commerce Search and/or DSP background, hands-on experience managing campaigns through retail media platforms, and a solid understanding of campaign activation, performance analysis, and optimization. This role will support omni-retailers beyond Amazon and Walmart, requiring the ability to navigate both internal tools and retailer-specific buying platforms. ⭐ Responsibilities
• Manage the activation, execution, and optimization of commerce media campaigns across multiple retail media networks and omni-retailer platforms.
• Support campaign setup, trafficking, launch, and ongoing management through retailer portals and internal systems.
• Develop and execute media plans aligned with campaign objectives and client goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve KPIs and overall effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations based on performance insights.
• Prepare client-facing reports and presentations that clearly communicate campaign outcomes, learnings, and next steps.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across internal teams, clients, and media partners.
• Support financial tracking, billing reconciliation, and campaign documentation.
• Ensure campaign accuracy, quality control, and adherence to deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders,



clients, and retail media partners.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the commerce media team. ? Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Commerce Media, Retail Media, Paid Search, Programmatic Media, Digital Media, or a related advertising environment.
• Experience with Commerce Search and/or DSP platforms. Experience with both is preferred, but strong expertise in one area will be considered.
• Experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, or other retailer media networks is highly preferred.
• Understanding of omni-retailer media environments and campaign management across multiple retailer platforms.
• Hands-on experience with campaign activation, setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ability to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic optimizations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2+ or higher). ?
