We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist with at least 6 months of hands-on experience using McLeod software to support daily transportation and operational processes within a U.
S.-based logistics environment. In this role, you’ll assist with dispatching, shipment tracking, documentation, billing support, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
• Monitor shipments and provide real-time updates.
• Track operational and financial data in internal systems (TMS/ERP/CRM).
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with billing, AP/AR support, and documentation.




• Maintain compliance with procedures and client guidelines. Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations support.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience using McLeod software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Good computer skills and system adaptability.
• Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have
• Experience in freight brokerage or transportation.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms.
• BPO or shared services experience.
