You'll own client relationships for pay-per-lead Meta ad campaigns serving medical, chiropractic, regenerative, and med-spa practices across the US, and help keep their accounts healthy and growing. Remote (Latin America)
• Type: Full-time remote contractor
• Hours: US Eastern business hours
• Pay: $1,500 USD per month ABOUT PROFITZOMBIES ProfitZombies runs pay-per-lead Meta ad campaigns for medical, chiropractic, regenerative, and med-spa practices across the US. Our client calls have outgrown a single account manager, so you'll work side by side with the founder and our ads and appointment-setting teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Run regular check-in calls with clients: review lead volume and quality, handle concerns, keep accounts healthy
• Follow our written client-call checklist and log clear notes after every call
• Spot problems early (unhappy clients, lead-quality issues, billing questions) and escalate them




• Work with our ads and appointment-setting teams so client feedback gets acted on HOW YOU'LL RAMP UP
• Shadow a senior team member on live calls
• Study recordings of our best client conversations
• Take over more calls as you're ready, with weekly check-ins with the founder YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
• Have near-native, clear spoken English and are comfortable on video calls with US business owners
• Have 2+ years in account management, client success, or another client-facing agency role
• Are organized, follow a process well, and write clear call notes
• Can work US Eastern business hours
• Bonus: lead gen, Meta ads, HighLevel, or healthcare or med-spa clients
