Full-Time | 100% Remote | Latin America  Angelica Potes Canada is looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our growing Canadian immigration consulting firm. We are looking for someone who can combine digital marketing, content creation, lead management, and sales to attract new clients, strengthen our brand, and contribute to our continued business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Marketing & Content
• Plan, create, and manage our social media content calendar.
• Design engaging Reels, carousels, stories, and other digital content.
• Develop creative ideas aligned with our brand identity and business goals.
• Manage social media platforms and monitor content performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Sales & Client Engagement
• Manage inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Engage with potential clients and convert leads into paid consultation bookings.
• Conduct post-consultation follow-ups to support conversion into signed contracts.
• Track leads, sales activities, and conversion rates.
• Propose and implement strategies to improve sales performance and support business growth.
• Take ownership of marketing and sales initiatives that drive the company's growth and contribute to achieving business goals. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience in digital marketing,



content creation, and sales.
• Strong graphic design, copywriting, and video editing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience managing social media accounts and generating qualified leads.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
• A creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Basic Tools & Platforms: Canva, Claude AI, ChatGPT, CapCut or similar video editing software, ClickUp, Slack, Meta Business Suite, Zoom and Calendly.
