We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Bogotá. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and conversational English proficiency who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare tax declarations and support compliance with local tax regulations.
• Create ad-hoc financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct periodic account reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls. Qualifications & Experience Required
• Professional degree in Accounting (Contaduría Pública).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliations.




• Conversational English (ability to participate in meetings, communicate with regional stakeholders, and prepare business correspondence).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Preferred
• Experience working in multinational companies or shared service environments.
