?Are you the person everyone calls when a data pipeline breaks? We're growing our Data Operations team and looking for engineers (junior and senior) to support the general data platform of a leading healthcare company. Picture this: a Fabric pipeline fails overnight, a Talend job never finishes, and a dashboard is missing yesterday's numbers. You open the Monitoring hub, spot the failing activity, check the data with SQL, get everything running again and explain what happened in plain English. That's the job. ? You'll work across two worlds: legacy platforms like SAP HANA, Talend and Qlik, and a brand-new Lakehouse being built on Microsoft Fabric, together with teams in the US and India. ? ✅What you need:
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric: pipelines, Lakehouse, Notebooks (yes, the Microsoft data platform.
• Real-world Talend: failures, reruns, dependencies.
• Solid SQL for validation, reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• English B2 or higher, because you'll talk to US and India teams every day. ➕Bonus points:
• ServiceNow or Jira for incidents and SLAs.
• Python or scripting, plus basic Git ?
• Data quality and monitoring: freshness checks, alerts, anomaly detection.
• SAP HANA, Qlik, Databricks, ADF, SAP SLT or Datasphere. Junior or senior? Both are welcome. If you've already fixed real pipelines in Fabric and Talend, we want to meet you. ? Apply here or send me a DM. #Hiring #DataOps #MicrosoftFabric #Talend #DataEngineering #SQL #ColombiaTech
