Zara Injury Law
Colombia
• ? 4 Customer Service Representative seats just opened at Zara Injury Law. Remote. Contract work, full-time hours. For people in Colombia, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Argentina, Guyana, Belize, Peru, Panama, and Guatemala who already work client-facing seats at a personal injury firm. Picture this. A new client just signed. They're nervous, and they don't know what comes next. You call them for their onboarding call. You walk them through every step, and you make sure their file has everything the Case Manager needs to start strong. Before you hang up, their 2-week call is on the calendar. That's the job. You are the bridge between Intake and the Case Manager, and you make the first impression that keeps clients with us. We're a personal injury firm growing faster than we can hire, and we need 4 people who can do it. ⛔ Read this first: we only review applications that meet EVERY requirement below. If one is missing, we won't move your application forward. No exceptions. ✅ You're a fit only if ALL of these are true
• GREAT ENGLISH is a must. You speak and write clear, warm, natural English, because you'll make onboarding calls to US clients every day. We test your spoken English in a live video interview and your written English in the application.
• You have 2+ years in a client-facing seat at a US personal injury law firm: client services, intake, or case management support
• You live in Colombia, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Argentina, Guyana, Belize, Peru, Panama, or Guatemala, and you can legally work there as an independent contractor
• You can work hours that overlap US business hours
• You're organized and you follow through: no file leaves your hands with something missing
• You have a reliable computer, a headset, stable internet, and a quiet place to work
• You're comfortable being tracked with Hubstaff (time and screenshots), and you never edit or delete tracked time
• You'll handle private client and medical information, and you follow strict confidentiality rules ? You've probably seen our face Meet Money Mike, the character behind our Instagram and Facebook pages. Yes, he's AI, and we label him that way on purpose. More than 2,400 people already follow him on Instagram. Go look before you apply: Instagram @moneymikelaw, Facebook "Money Mike Law." That's the energy of the team you'd be joining. ?️
What you'll do
• Check every new file before it goes to a Case Manager: signed documents, client contact details, accident facts, insurance information, and anything missing
• Make the onboarding call to every new client. The Case Manager makes their own welcome and 30-day calls on top of yours.
• Walk clients through their next steps and help them get set up
• Book the 2-week call before the onboarding call ends
• Chase down missing documents and information
• Hand each file to the Case Manager complete, with clear notes
• Send case-status questions to the Case Manager, who is the main contact for status You never give legal advice or talk about case value. Filevine experience is a plus: we go live on it November 2. ? What doesn't count Call centers, sales, collections, virtual assistant work, or other practice areas (immigration, family, criminal, real estate). We respect that work. It's just not this job. We verify experience and may check references, so be ready to name the firms, your dates, and what you did there. ? What you get
• Real training from day one. Zara University is our own training platform, and you get your login on your first day. Not "shadow someone and good luck."
• Coaching from leaders who answer when you ask
• A path up. We promote from within.
• A drama-free team. We protect it on purpose.
• Work that matters. A scared client hears a kind voice first, and that is you. ?
