About the Role
We are looking for an Italian-Speaking STR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio. The idóneo candidate is fluent in Italian and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with guests in Italian and English through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email, and messaging platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, check-in/check-out questions, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability, and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing, and property information.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
• Monitor reviews and guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.



Requirements
• Fluent Italian and English — written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Short-Term Rentals, Property Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services preferred.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Experience with PMS/channel management platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
