We are looking for a person to join a full-time position inBogotá, Colombia.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Junior Manager will involve:

- Increase awareness and market presence of IE and IENYC master programs across Colombia, Central America, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.
- Manage the candidate pipeline from lead generation to enrollment , ensuring strong follow up,conversion, and overall candidate experie nce.
- Support the candidate journey through personalized advising, face to face meetings, calls,events, and ongoing engagement

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment, takes ownership, and actively seeks smarter ways to improve performance.

Requirements:

- 3 4 years of professional experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, communications, or business development, ideally within theeducation sector.
- Strong level of English proficiency is essential.
- Experience in an international enviro nment is highly valued.
- Undergraduate degree required; masters degree is high valued, being an IE Universityalumnus/alumna is a plus , but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
