Revolut Ltd is seeking a FinCrime Team Lead in Bogotá to drive AML/CTF operations and ensure the highest standards of investigations and customer protection. You will manage a team of analysts, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with law enforcement when needed.

The role requires 4+ years in AML/CTF or related fields, 2+ years of leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish. This position is based in the Bogota office with flexibility to work from home or abroad.
