Distribution Account Manager | Hanwha Vision Hanwha Vision is looking for a Distribution Account Manager to strengthen distributor relationships, develop channel opportunities, and drive sustainable sales growth. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on commercial execution, including sales planning, distributor performance analysis, inventory coordination, and partner development.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and expand relationships with distribution partners, developing account plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and strengthen market coverage within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets through existing and new distribution channels.
• Monitor distributor sales, inventory, product availability, and replenishment needs, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements within company policies and approval guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with pricing policies, promotional programs, and contractual commitments.
• Analyze market trends, partner performance, and sales opportunities to support business decisions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports on account performance, inventory, and distribution activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner campaigns, promotions, and channel programs.
• Coordinate product training with technical teams to strengthen distributor knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve delivery, inventory, and service issues.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned distributors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.




• At least 3 years of relevant experience in distribution, channel sales, or account management, ideally within B2B technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing distributor relationships and delivering measurable sales results.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and translate findings into actionable account plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills, commercial judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Availability to travel to visit distributors, meet business partners, and attend industry events. Preferred Experience
• Background in video surveillance, electronic security, electronics, or related technology markets.
• Experience with distributor inventory management, replenishment planning, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience developing distribution networks and executing joint commercial initiatives.
