INSPYR Integral Solutions is seeking a seasoned Genesys Admin to join our remote team on a 9-12 month contract. You will support the implementation and ongoing administration of a Genesys Cloud CX platform alongside US-based experts, configuring call flows, IVR, queues, and routing.

You will collaborate on Salesforce integrations, outbound campaigns, and post-deployment hypercare, with emphasis on UAT, go-live activities, and production support in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
