About Kadow Club

Kadow Club is a Paris-based startup creating Marketing and Loyalty Games that help hospitality, leisure, and retail businesses attract customers and keep them coming back.

Following strong traction in Europe, we are expanding into the United States and Canada and looking for an English-speaking SDR based in Colombia.

The Role

This is a dedicated outbound cold-calling role: call businesses, reach decision-makers, and book qualified video meetings.

Main Responsibilities

- Cold-call hospitality, leisure, and retail businesses in English.
- Reach decision-makers, explain our offer, and handle initial objections.
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Follow up by phone and confirm meeting attendance.
- Keep the CRM updated and meet agreed calling and booking targets.

Who We’re Looking For

- Excellent spoken English, with natural, confident communication.




- Comfortable cold-calling daily and handling rejection.
- Reliable, organized, autonomous, and motivated by results.
- Based in Colombia, with reliable internet, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
- Cold-calling or appointment-setting experience

What We Offer

- USD 1,000 fixed monthly fee + USD 500–1,000 target monthly bonus, based on qualified meetings booked.
- Clear targets, qualification criteria, and bonus rules agreed before starting.
- Remote freelance contract: independent contractor status, with responsibility for your own invoicing.
- Opportunity to progress to Account Executive, based on performance and business needs.
