Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Business Developer, Seller, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar outbound sales role.
- Proven experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Experience selling to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.

Required Industry Experience

Candidates must have previous sales experience in one or more of the following sectors:

- Energy Solutions
- Power Solutions
- EV Charging Solutions
- Electrical Services
- Electrical Equipment
- Generators & Backup Power Systems
- Commercial Energy

Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
