An important multinational company in the telecommunications sector is seeking a Service Support Engineer to join its team in Bogotá. We are looking for professionals with experience in network and telecommunications support, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

The candidate holds a professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with experience providing technical support to telecommunications operators and communication equipment vendors. They possess solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking, router and switch configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as experience with GPON technologies (OLT and ONT). They have provided both remote and on-site technical support for the commissioning, maintenance,



and operation of broadband networks, ensuring timely customer assistance and effective resolution of network-related incidents. Additionally, they demonstrate strong analytical skills, a customer-oriented mindset, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and advanced English proficiency, enabling them to communicate technical information and prepare reports effectively.

Employment Conditions

- Salary: COP 4,000,000 to 5,000,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Permanent employment contract
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Availability to travel when required.
