About the Role

Support systems across a multi-site environment, with a focus on reliable networks and virtualization. Apply practical infrastructure experience to troubleshoot issues and maintain dependable systems.

Key Responsibilities





- Administer systems across multiple locations.
- Configure and troubleshoot networks, including Ubiquiti and UniFi hardware.
- Maintain hypervisor and virtualization environments.
- Investigate infrastructure issues and coordinate resolution.
- Document system configurations and operational procedures.

Qualifications

- Four or more years of systems administration experience in a multi-site environment.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of UniFi networking, hypervisors, Citrix XenServer, VMware, Nutanix, Citrix front-end or SAN.
- Strong English communication and clear technical documentation.

Nice-to-Haves

- Expert-level UniFi networking and hypervisor experience.
- Experience with Citrix XenServer, VMware, Nutanix or SAN environments.
