AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own and reimagine the paid funnel across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging channels.

You will manage a seven-figure budget moving toward eight figures and coordinate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to optimize guest and homeowner acquisition. You’ll drive tracking, attribution, and reporting in GTM, GA4, BigQuery, and Salesforce, using AI to accelerate improvements and expanding metasearch/OTA campaigns as the hotel portfolio
