We are seeking a dependable, detailoriented independent contractor based in Colombia to provide administrative and operational support to a U.S.based business.

Responsibilities

Light bookkeeping and accounting support.

Data entry, spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records.

Reviewing numbers and identifying discrepancies.

General administrative and personal assistant duties.

Online research and organizing business information.

Basic website updates and maintenance.

Preparing reports and assisting with special projects.

Email management and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Good with numbers and highly detailoriented.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Good written and spoken English.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.

Selfmotivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Position Details





Independent Contractor position.

Remote based in Colombia.

3040 hours per week.

MondayFriday, with availability between 8 AM and 5 PM U.S. Central Time.

Compensation Hourly pay, based on experience.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, learns quickly, and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. We hope to establish a longterm working relationship with the right person.
